User Registration and Responsibilities:

• Users can register via mobile phone number and email.
• Advertisers must classify their advertisements correctly, and products/services must be genuine and legal.
• Repetition of the same product or service in one advertisement is not allowed.
• Advertisers bear full responsibility for any violations, and the application assumes no responsibility.

Service Provision:

• The application does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service availability.
• Maintenance or upgrades may occur without notice, and the application is not liable for any interruptions.

Third-Party Links:

• The application may contain links to third-party products, services, or websites.
• The application does not control them and is not responsible for any damage resulting from these websites.

Privacy and User Data Sharing:

• CARSOQ protects the confidentiality of user data, and data is not shared except within limits permitted by sellers when publishing each advertisement.
• Users must provide their data to the relevant authorities if requested in case of advertisement publication that violates Kuwaiti laws or in case of illegal commenting.

Access and Responsibility:

• If the user loses access to the registered phone number, CARSOQ is not responsible for maintaining user privacy or archived, active advertisements, or unused balance.
